Welcome to the Glenfrome School Office. This is where you will find a lot of the information that you might need on a day-to-day basis.
In order to minimise queues to see the office staff we encourage everyone to use this area as much as possible - you can find letters, pay online for school dinners, trips, music lessons and uniform. The online system is really easy to use and minimises the amount of cash coming into school. If you need any help getting set up, please call in - will be happy to help.
Jo Edkins and Tracy Donnelly are the friendly faces that greet parents, pupils and visitors to Glenfrome. In addition, Jo has responsibility for school admissions, communication – text/letters/website, calendar updates, co-ordinating after school clubs and music Lessons, booking school trips, holiday requests and medical requests. Tracy deal with attendance registers, school dinner money payments and queries, free school meals advice and help with applications, school trip payments, music lesson payments, uniform orders, and school communications. We look forward to meeting you!
Heather Arthur is our Business Manager, and has overall responsibility for school administration, budget and premises. She also line manages Jo and Tracy in the office and Mr Zdarsky the Caretaker.
