Justin Vafadari

Justin Vafadari is a dedicated school governor with extensive experience in educational leadership and governance for the past 20 years. Justin brings a wealth of knowledge in inclusive education and special educational needs, including dyslexia, ADHD, and autism. He is also a Senior Lecturer at UWE Bristol, where he teaches modules on inclusion, educational leadership and change. Justin is currently pursuing a PhD focused on transformational anti-racist leadership in education.
